Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP are an independent property consultancy with a diverse client base including occupiers, investors, developers and HNW individuals. Established in 1922, we were asked to create a centennial logo and campaign to celebrate their milestone 100th birthday.


Celebrating a brand’s anniversary should be about the past, present and future. We developed a line to celebrate Hartnell Taylor Cook’s service values with ‘100% for 100 years’. Minimal effort will lead to minimal results. Giving it 100% means providing the best service, the best solutions and the best advice.

The campaign itself builds on this idea, highlighting the different company strengths through confident and bold headlines. The use of children in the concept represents the future, the radical new thinkers that are ready to disrupt the status quo. Finally, with a century of success behind them and an army of forward-thinking experts, Hartnell Taylor Cook can confidently claim to be ‘the UK’s leading independent property consultancy’. So, this is how we sign off, positively positioning them for the next 100 years.
